Dr. Bipul Krishna Saha is a distinguished energy industry expert with over 15 years of experience in energy audits, energy management, and consulting, contributing significantly to advancements in sustainable energy solutions and efficient energy systems.

He completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and later earned his Ph.D. in Energy from IIT Kharagpur, where his research focused on advanced energy technologies and sustainable energy frameworks. To further expand his academic and professional expertise, he pursued postdoctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, one of India’s premier research institutions.

Dr. Saha’s career spans both the public and private sectors, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the energy landscape. His work has covered diverse areas including electrical systems, advanced energy technologies, energy efficiency models, and renewable integration.

As Chief Research Officer at Scholarlab Foundation, Dr. Saha leads the Foundation’s research strategy and innovation portfolio, driving efforts in sustainable energy research, applied technologies, and real-world implementation of energy solutions. His leadership ensures that Scholarlab remains at the forefront of research-driven projects, fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and communities.
