Member Requirements
ScholarLab Foundation welcomes passionate individuals who are eager to contribute their time, skills, and energy towards building a better future through innovation, education, and community development. To ensure a meaningful and impactful Membering experience, we have outlined the following requirements and expectations:
- Minimum Age: Members must be at least 18 years old. (Younger participants may join specific programs with parental consent.)
- Commitment: Willingness to commit a minimum of 5–10 hours per month, depending on project needs and personal availability.
- Skills & Expertise: Background in science, engineering, management, IT, education, social work, or community development is preferred. However, all skill sets are valued.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, local communities, and institutional partners.
- Communication: Basic proficiency in English or local language for effective coordination and reporting.
- Ethics & Responsibility: Commitment to ScholarLab Foundation’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and social impact. Members are expected to respect community norms and maintain professional conduct.
- Learning Orientation: Open to training, feedback, and continuous improvement while working on projects.
By meeting these requirements, Members not only contribute to
transformational projects but also gain valuable exposure,
networking opportunities, and skill development while serving
communities in need.
