Scholar Lab Foundation is proud to introduce the “Lakshay Institute”,
a dedicated initiative to empower poor and needy job aspirants with the skills,
knowledge, and guidance required to secure dignified employment.
The institute aims to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by
offering accessible training, mentoring, and career development programs.
With a strong focus on inclusivity, the program ensures that underprivileged
youth are not left behind in today’s competitive job market.
- Challenge of Unemployment: Many underprivileged job aspirants lack access to affordable skill training, career guidance, and mentorship, making them vulnerable to unemployment and low-paying jobs.
- Skill Development & Training: Lakshay Institute provides vocational training, interview preparation, communication skills, and technical courses tailored to industry needs.
